Shipping

We at DizzySheep fulfillment strive to ship same or next business day.  We stand on our record from the past 14 years that 90% of our orders ship the same day!  We know that knitters want/need yarn on needles ASAP!

If we receive your order before 2 PM Eastern Time on a business day and there is no stock issue (occasionally a skein will go into hiding) it will most likely be shipped that day, barring the occasional blizzard, hurricane, pandemic, holiday, you get the idea!

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for items shipped from our location are based on package weight and destination. 

Items shipping from other locations may be subject to other stated shipping charges. 

Drop shipping directly from Berroco is a flat $8.00.

All shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

 

Delivery Time

Dizzy Sheep orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Most orders are delivered to your door within 2-4 business days - we love it when customers are amazed at how quickly their orders arrive!

Please note that the USPS does not guarantee delivery times and there may be mail delivery delays from time to time, especially during busy holiday seasons and pandemics.

 

Lost Packages

You will send you a USPS tracking number via email when we ship your package.

Over the years we have found USPS to be extremely reliable. However, when the package leaves our facility and is delivered to USPS delays in delivery and updates in USPS Tracking information are beyond our control.  We want to assure you, however, that we will work with you and USPS to track your package and resolve any delivery issues should they occur.

Use the Contact Us form if your package delivery is delayed or your package is not received.  Please remember to add your order number.
