Berroco Renew

Berroco Renew - reduce, reuse and recycle with this eco-friendly yarn made using a low-impact manufacturing process. Commercially knit fabric panels left over from the ready-to-wear industry are collected from across Europe and sorted by fiber, then color. and turned into garnetted fibers. Garnetted fiber is the result of shredding old textiles to make a new, fleece-like fiber that is ready to be spun into a new yarn.

Berroco Renew uses a blend of recycled wool, cashmere, nylon and a sustainably produced form of viscose. Its plied, round construction works up into an elegant, buttery-soft fabric with great stitch definition. Green knitting at its very best.
