Awww how cute. Dizzy really likes Halloween...

Let me tell you though - Dizzy as a zombie sheep is not even remotely funny. It's probably the scariest thing I've ever imagined... but only because I think Dizzy really is a zombie sheep!

Don't give me that funny look! Think about it...

Dizzy doesn't really seem to sleep ever, I mean the deal changes at midnight. And sure, maybe he's just a night-sheep, but then he's always craving and seeking yarn or other people's food. It's just like zombies and their insatiable hunger for brains, but somehow warped by the wooly mind of a sheep.

Oh, and he's kind of slow and balance challenged. Everyone knows zombies aren't coordinated!

Then, when he's on the computer browsing his favorite online knitting group, you can have an entire conversation at him and he won't even blink! Clearly the behavior of a zombie.

Ugh I'm going to have nightmares now...

What to be...

I have to say, Halloween is my favorite holiday. I mean delicious chocolate covered clovers and candy corn aside, when else can you dress up as whatever you want and be completely silly?

Ok, I suppose I do that all the time.

But anyway, I need a really fun costume this year. Maybe I'll be a pirate, or hmm... a zombie sheep!  Ooo, a zombie sheep that instead of brains seeks out yarn!  Uhhhhhh yaaaaarrrnnnnn... grrrr baaaAAAarrrrghhh...

Ok I suppose I already do that all the time too... hmm.

What are you planning to dress up as this year?

I listen... I really do! Sometimes I'm a little slow, sometimes I just play ditzy to pick on you a little bit - but when you ask, I do my best to provide.

This Malabrigo was supposed to be here for that little Spin Off thing we did a few weeks ago... what can I say, maybe the Merino Sheep were on strike.

But it's here now and it's super fabulous! Better buy it up before Fred catches wind, I have no doubt he'll try to hoard it all for himself...

So... about those T-Shirts. Apparently Fred stole them all, put them in his Ultra Felter v2 and they're now ultra shrunk and going to be shirts for your cats!

Just kidding. They are almost ready to ship, I promise! And no, my posing wasn't the hold up - I set aside a huge block of time to take care of that before they even went on sale.

The printing is just taking a little longer than expected. Your shirts will be ready soon, though maybe we should have printed on super thick wool sweaters... it's been unusually cold lately!

I am so excited we are offering this wonderful new yarn!

That of course means I get to play with some Crock-O-Dye since I'm in charge of talking about it for today's deal. Oh darn heehee!

I can't wait to make something fun like ohhh, Tempest - I'm going to start it right now. It's important to show the yarn being used as you talk about it for the Dizzy Deal right? I mean it makes sense to me!

Hmm, maybe that means I should take over every day!!

And fun adventures... must come to an end.

My presence was missed at the booth, search parties were sent out and as you can see, Carl has me in some kind of headlock while I'm being scolded.

I mean if you ask me, the cards can hand themselves out. What's the point of a festival if you don't wander off without telling anyone to have some fun and tasty food and maybe get into a little trouble with some silk worms?

After grabbing some pie, I encountered some... cute silk worms.

Ok who am I kidding, most people aren't really going to think these are cute, they're definitely a little weird looking. I mean what would you rather cuddle with, a soft wooly sheep or a pile of silk worms?

It's a well known fact that sheep love waffles...

I was very happy to discover the waffle tent, though a little upset they didn't have sweet honey clover sauce in addition to strawberries and whipped cream.

As I was about to enjoy my waffle, I began to wonder how things were going back at the Dizzy Sheep tent...

Shaken and hungry from the thought of my lovely wool coat being sheared, I wandered on to find something delicious to eat.

But suddenly a llama popped out of nowhere!!

No, that wasn't a startled and panicked "baaaaa" I let out! I was my uhhh.... ready to defend myself Dizzy-Fu style battle cry! Yeah... Dizzy-Fu is the uh, sheep version of Kung-Fu... or something. You've never heard of it? That's odd.

Anyway, the llama was tethered so I didn't have to run away, err I mean defend myself. They are known to be territorial after all.
