Frizzy was making his way back to the office area after discovering the strange sound in the storage room was a sheep shearer that unexplainably turned itself on.

Of course, this was particularly bothersome to Frizzy, having a bit of a fear of being sheared.

By the time Frizzy made it back to the offices though, he had already made up plenty of scenarios that could explain what happened.

"Ok, so a box of yarn fell over... and as it was falling over a loop of the yarn caught the switch on the shearers that yanked it off the shelf and turned on. That must be it!" said Frizzy out loud to himself.

Frizzy was feeling much better as he sat down in front of his computer - and then suddenly felt much worse...

Welcome back to my Fiber Fright Fiasco!

I hope you all slept well and didn't have to wake up to a strange sound that turned out to be a pair of sheep shearers in the kitchen or anything.

I'll be bringing you more fabulous deals a little later that will run until 5:00 PM EDT, so beware!

And now for the epic conclusion of our poor frightened friend Frizzy...

Fred? Fred! Where are you?

I know you can see me on your screen! Apparently I was wrong when I thought I could leave for the weekend to enjoy a little festival fun... which I was enjoying until I learned about your little stunt.

The Dizzy Gargoyle? Are you serious? It doesn't make any sense! And besides, sheep are way cuter. So stop changing the sign and telling your silly story which is obviously about me aka Frizzy. I'll have you know that my new wool conditioner is superb at reducing frizz.

I'll be back soon and I'm going to be telling the story of Dred, the Sad Lunchless Gargoyle every day!

Oh the suspense! Will Frizzy be ok?? Was it just a strange unexplainable fluke that a sheep shearer turned on?

Well you'll have to find out later because now we take a little break from our story and deals. There will be a new one at midnight and then we start up again at 10:00 AM EDT.

Aren't I kind? I'm letting you eat dinner, watch your favorite Saturday evening television or maybe catch a movie, and get to bed at a reasonable hour...

Just be careful if you're up at midnight alone in a dark and quiet house to check the next deal. If you start hearing strange noises, don't come crying to me!

Frizzy whirled around only to see hanging behind him...

A SHEEP SHEARER!!!

Its slight swaying back and forth and rhythmic humming "bzzzzzzzz" were the only movement and sounds for several moments as Frizzy stood there frozen.

"I... I don't know why that would be here..." said Frizzy, finally breaking the silence. "Malpaca? Smooshmallow?? Is this a joke? I know it's you Dred!!" whispered Frizzy, but there was no answer...

"I'm... just going to get my laptop and get out of here I think." Frizzy muttered quickly as he carefully switched the shearers off.

Everything was silent once again and Frizzy hurriedly left the storage room, heading back to the office area.

"See? There's nothing here!" sighed Frizzy with relief.

The strange sounds had stopped and Frizzy was beginning to feel much better.

"Well, while I'm here I might as well grab a few of my favorite skeins..."

Frizzy peered into the darkness of the office...

"Is someone there?" he repeated, but there was no answer.

"Hmph, it's probably just a box of yarn that fell over. I'm no scaredy-sheep, I'll go and check the storage room and get back to my plotting..." said Frizzy out loud reassuringly.

"And that... that's just... ok I have no idea what that is!" said Frizzy slightly more nervously.

Grabbing a flashlight, Frizzy sheepishly headed towards the yarn storage room...

Growing tired of harassing people on the message board, Frizzy began to ponder how he could best torment his fellow coworkers.

"Hmm, maybe I could switch everyone's wireless mice so they're all controlling someone elses computer!" Frizzy thought out loud. "It would take them forever to sort all the mice out after the initial hilarious confusion!"

[click... click]

"Or oh, I could glue the letters e and m on everyone's keyboards and see how long it takes them to figure out no one in the office can type e or m!" Frizzy chuckled.

Frizzy was too excited about messing with other people's sanity to notice the strange faint clicking sound that could be heard coming from somewhere else in the office.

"Maybe I shoul-"

[CRASH!]

"What was that?" Frizzy exclaimed, snapped back into reality by the loud sound. "W-who's there??"

It was a dark and stormy October night.

Dizz- I mean Frizzy Sheep was in the office late like he wasn't supposed to be. The reason he wasn't supposed to be is because Frizzy isn't allowed to be there unsupervised due to his tendency to get into trouble. But this is pretty standard for Frizzy, he's never one to follow the rules...

"Oh I couldn't eat another bite" smiled Frizzy, patting his full belly. He had just finished eating Dred's delicious lunch like he always does.

The office was dim, lit only by the soft glow of Frizzy's computer screen as he browsed his favorite knitting message board. No one else was there, and aside from the muffled howling wind outside, only the light hum of the water cooler could be heard...

If you're just waking up, you're must be on the West Coast or you just like to sleep in on Saturdays...

I like to sleep in too, but this is not the weekend for sleeping in! Grab your coffee and gather round, I'm going to begin the tale of "Frizzy, the Fiber Frightened Sheep" soon.

I can say it's based on true life sheep and events, though their name has been changed to protect their identity hahaha!
