I always knew that massages were a good thing. Most people will agree with me, that getting your tense muscles worked is a very relaxing and good feeling. Not only does it feel good, but I've recently discovered the critical importance of relieving tension on joints, improving circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system, all of which are promoted by massage. And all of these things are so vital, that I truly believe I can no longer work without regular, ahem-daily, massages. Hey, my two new friends Shaun the Sheep and Farley agree with me! They're lucky to live near a place that specializes in four legged massages. I honestly fear for my health, back home in massage-less East Rochester. BaaAAaa is me... Ok that came out a bit dramatic, I imagine you probably just rolled your eyes. Maybe I'm getting a little spoiled by my wonderful host families. Is that so wrong though?
